Directions on how to apply:

1. Click on "APPLY NOW" on the bottom left and fill out all information
2. Click the PayPal button to the right and pay the application fee. (Applications WILL NOT be processed without fee.)
3. If there are multiple applicants above the age of 18, please follow steps 1 and 2 again.

OR click on the "Download Application" button below and fax or mail application to our office and pay fee via PayPal or mailed money order. Please email any extra documents relating to your application (proof of income, reference letters, etc), to HendricksResidential@gmail.com or contact our Leasing Office.

 

Application approval requires a clean criminal background with no felony arrests, good rental history with no evictions, and minimum income and credit requirements (please call to inquire)

Please allow 2 business days after applying AND payment to reach a response about your application.

Application Fee is Non-Refundable for any reason and cannot be used as rent credit.
